District 230 Teachers' Association endorses 230 United

The District 230 Teachers' Association, representing staff of Consolidated High School District 230, has endorsed David O'Connor, Michael Hardek, and Patrick O'Sullivan in their bid for the District 230 Board of Education in the April 2, 2019 elections.


All three of these exceptional men are involved in making District 230 one of the premier school districts in Illinois and our communities among the best in the nation.


O'Connor is a practicing attorney, a District 230 graduate, and is Vice-President of the District 230 Foundation, in addition to serving as Chairman of the Orland Park Police & Fire Commission.


Hardek, is president of the Orland Park Area Chamber of Commerce, is a past president and current member of the Orland Park Rotary Club, and has served as a volunteer coach for the Orland Youth Association.  Mike currently shares his business acumen serving on the D230 Building and Finance Committee.


O'Sullivan first elected to the District 230 School Board in 2007, is seeking his fourth term. O’Sullivan grew up in Palos Heights and is a graduate of Palos South Junior High School and Carl Sandburg High  School. O’Sullivan has served as District 230 Board President, Vice- President, Chair of the Building and Finance Committee, and currently chairs the district's Education Committee. Pat is President of PRO Insurance Services, a commercial insurance agency specializing in property, casualty, and employee benefits insurance. Pat is also involved in youth sports and is a Board member of the Orland Park Soccer Club.
